Since I struggle to keep the conversation going, once a month—or ideally, once every two months—would be best.

I think it’s best to set up meetings at a comfortable pace—generally around twice a month, or anywhere from once to three times a month.
That said, after meeting for the first time, I felt things progressed more quickly when we scheduled the next date without leaving too much time in between. Until you get to know each other reasonably well, it may be better to meet more frequently for a while.

In my case, she’s got a firm grip on both my heart and my little guy.

I guess I’m the one letting her hold them?
So we meet every other week—roughly twice a month.
