Thank you for your question. Yuba from the production team will be answering.
First of all, thank you for your continued support of our anonymous question box. As someone involved in its creation, I’m very happy to hear that.
The anonymous question box offers the ease of posting and answering questions anonymously. At the same time, the pool of respondents is limited to our company representative, staff members, and column writers we regularly work with. Because it is, in a sense, a “closed” space with a certain level of reliability, I believe that’s what gives it its “realness.”
As for the idea that it would be interesting to hear answers from more typical, average members, I think that’s a very valid point.
I’ll discuss how best to implement this with Kida and the rest of the production team. However, in order to preserve the “realness” and “closed” nature of this space, perhaps turning it into a “real-name Q&A” could be one option.
We’ll carefully consider the direction we want to take going forward.
Thank you very much for sharing your valuable feedback. We look forward to your continued support.

Thank you for your question.
Kida here with the answer.
Hmm… yes, exactly.
The answer request form includes “male members” and “female members,” so people are wondering why there aren’t any such respondents.
When we revamped the website, we decided not to include a user registration feature because we didn’t want the production company we hired to overcharge us. As a result, we weren’t able to assign member IDs.
Then, once we started running the Q&A box, it became clear that the original setup simply wasn’t working at all. In the end, one of our in-house engineers rebuilt nearly everything from scratch.
So I think that if we ask sincerely, we may be able to work something out.
To our in-house production staff: what do you think?
