Height − 110 = within ±5 kg
At 153 cm, the questioner’s upper limit would be 48 kg. Ideally, I’d want her to be around 43 kg.
Honestly, you’re probably in the overweight range. If you’re overweight but say you’re not heavy, that suggests your self-analysis and self-assessment are too generous, so I have a feeling even having an average-looking face may not be enough.
That may sound harsh, but you have no choice but to calmly assess yourself, figure out where you can compete, and identify your strengths. It’s also possible that this simply isn’t the right place for you, and that you might have better experiences doing papa-katsu through dating sites or X.
Unless you take a realistic, clear-eyed look at yourself, I don’t think you’ll ever receive an offer.

I’m a guy, and my height-minus-weight figure is around 110.

For now, it might be worth aiming for a BMI of around 22.
That said, the man who has offered to meet you may actually prefer women who are slightly curvy, so I’m not sure whether you should lose weight.
Still, since your question was about weight, I think it would be fine to aim for the standard weight.
With a BMI of 22 and a height of 153 cm, your weight would be 51.5 kg.

I look at the numbers before the photos. Based on those numbers, I probably wouldn’t make an offer in my case.
