It depends on her personality, but things like:
“That’s a seeecret…”
or
“I’ll leave that to your imagination.”
could work well.
Another option might be to answer a question with a question and ask how many offers he’s received from women or how many people he’s been with.
Of course, if he’s been with two or more people—which I assume is usually the case—I think it could be fun to tease him by saying, “I couldn’t date someone like that.”
(Though I can’t take responsibility if it starts an argument and you end up breaking up ><)
If the man gives a vague answer, giving an equally vague answer in return could work too.
