First of all:

That’s going to be a major obstacle.
Personally, if she were fun to talk to, had a cute or beautiful face
(though with apps, it’s possible she might look beautiful in photos but be much heavier than expected in person, leaving me disappointed),
and was otherwise a genuinely nice person overall, I might still consider her acceptable.
But most Universe staff would probably reject someone with that height and weight. There have been plenty of women who were rejected despite having a large bust.
As for:
“I’m still a virgin…”
When someone is in their 30s and still a virgin, I can’t help thinking there’s a high chance they have some complicated issues around it. Even if she were in her 20s, her height and weight would still make things difficult.
If she diets and gets her weight down to 59 kg or less, I think she may start to have a chance.
Regarding virginity:
Men will ask whether they would be her first date. If she has already gone on one or more dates, they may decide they can no longer make an offer because they have no way of knowing whether she is still a virgin.
Of course, she has probably told the staff to contact her immediately if a virgin joins.
But that is what it means to place value on virginity. If she plans to go on a second or subsequent date—or remain active for a while—then, from the second person onward, she would no longer be considered a virgin, and that information would no longer have any meaning when it comes time to make an offer.

Some men do prefer women like that, so there is a demand, and she may receive offers.
That said, registering a woman with that kind of style could also undermine the club’s credibility in the eyes of many men.
In reality, men can simply judge her from the first photo and pass if she’s not their type, so I don’t see a problem with you joining. Though I suppose it might be a bit difficult…
