I’m curious why the allowance differs between “生中” and “生外.” Why is that?

That’s probably because the allowance you usually offer is far too low. Are you offering around ¥15,000 per meeting? If they still say the allowance isn’t right, there may be an issue with your personality or the way you behave. More fundamentally, though, what would you do if your partner became pregnant because you didn’t use contraception? If you’re the kind of person who only cares about your own interests, that goes against Universe Club’s principle of “being a gentleman,” so I’d prefer that you leave.
