Universe Club operates nationwide, but in practice, it’s limited to the major cities.
Women generally have to come to a branch for their interview, so there aren’t many women registered from prefectures without a branch.
That said, if you saw Hiroshima, I assume she had her interview at the branch there. In that case, you probably could have asked the staff directly and gotten an answer on the spot instead of posting here...

There aren’t many.
I think that’s because there’s no branch in Okayama, so women have to travel to a branch in places like Hiroshima or Kobe to register.
