You probably filled out a survey about your reason when you withdrew, so from the company’s perspective, that information likely isn’t necessary when you apply to re-register. That said, they may ask about your reason for withdrawing during the interview so they can add more detail to the staff’s comments. They’re only asking because they want to include something they think men may be curious about, so there shouldn’t be any problem with giving a harmless, general answer.

I believe the club will handle the procedure even if you go to a branch other than the one where you first registered. However, the branch listed on your profile is probably the one responsible for the address shown on your ID, so if your address hasn’t changed, your profile will likely show the same branch as before. If you left because you were forcibly banned, your data would still be in the club’s system, so I don’t think you’d be able to re-register in the first place. If you withdrew voluntarily, they probably won’t ask you that many questions. On the other hand, I’ve made offers to women whose profiles said: “I’m re-registering because I broke up with my monthly papa.” I felt that: 1. They knew more about papa-katsu than beginners, so things would probably move smoothly. 2. There was at least some reassurance that they had maintained a monthly arrangement. I’ve had successful monthly arrangements with two or three women that way. Every now and then, there seem to be incredibly beautiful women who are real hidden gems. Fuu can’t compete with brand-new, gorgeous registrants who attract all the offers when it comes to allowance and other terms, lol.

You’ll get more detailed information if you contact the staff directly rather than asking here. When you re-register, you can choose a different branch, but the region shown on your profile must match your place of residence. If you’re worried about being in a rural area, just indicate that you’re willing to travel farther for dates. They’ll ask why you left and why you want to register again. If you were forcibly removed, you won’t be allowed to re-register.

Another branch should be fine as well. I believe they only ask about your reason for leaving when you cancel your membership. Unless you left because of some trouble, they’re probably asking why you want to register again.
