If the papa knows your: - Cell phone number - Workplace - Home address there’s a possibility he could take legal action against you. If he doesn’t know any of that, he probably can’t sue you unless he hires a private investigator, right? He wouldn’t know how to contact you. If you genuinely want to refund him, you could ask the club to get in touch with your papa on your behalf.
