I’d start with a letter date, so I’ll say that upfront.
If you’re the type to meet in person right away, being told that the adult relationship would be with a virgin might make you nervous, so have the club mention it in the notes section. Then, just to be safe, ask the man again for confirmation when he brings up an adult relationship.

You could say something like, “I only consider an adult relationship (intimate) if I’ve had dinner with someone and genuinely like them. If he asks me, I can then explain that I’m actually a virgin…”
However, if you’re hoping to command a high price for your virginity, it may be better to state from the beginning that you’re a virgin. You’ll probably find men who offer an allowance of ¥100,000–¥200,000 or more for the first time. Of course, you could still say that you’d like to meet over dinner first.
There are men on Universe who would pay that much. (Quite a few women receive over ¥100,000 per pay-per-meeting arrangement, even when they aren’t virgins.)
If safety and peace of mind are your priorities, I think it would be better to meet someone through Universe Club. However, Universe basically arranges dinner dates, so you can’t tell the man in advance how much you expect for any relationship afterward.
That may be the only disadvantage, but even so, men don’t simply use you and disappear. If anything happens, the club has the man’s personal information, so it would be difficult for him to run off.
Also, if you were talking about meeting someone through Universe, it might have been better to tell the staff at the outset that you’re a virgin.
Adult relationships are for adults.
To me, being an adult means thinking for yourself, making your own choices, and taking responsibility for them.
