Simply booking a reshoot doesn’t change your ranking. However, if you booked a reshoot, I assume you received the six-month follow-up message. (Is that when you made the reshoot booking?) Since you responded, they were able to confirm that you wanted to continue for another six months, so I think your ranking went up. And since you’re also having new photos taken, your ranking will likely increase again after the reshoot. I had assumed rankings were only raised after the reshoot, but perhaps their internal rules have changed. Incidentally, some men may decide not to make an offer if they see that your ranking went up based only on the continuation confirmation and you didn’t get new photos, because they think your pictures might be outdated. In the past, someone received feedback saying, “She wasn’t overweight in her profile photos, but she was extremely overweight when we went on the date.” Some men care about when the photos were taken because they want to avoid situations like that.
