Thank you as always. Universe Club seems to have a very solid system in place, which I think is wonderful. I’ve always wondered how the people who work there ended up joining the company.

If you’re interested in applying, why not ask the staff? The male staff member who interviewed me for Fuu was very polite and nice. He had a family and children, and looked like a perfectly ordinary salaryman. The woman who helped me at the event was cute and had just joined the company, so I kept asking her all sorts of questions, like whether she did papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). One of the more experienced employees jokingly warned me, “Please don’t make a move on our precious new graduate employee.” The CEO also appears publicly and shares information, and their handling of personal information has been certified by an accredited organization. They’re very open and transparent, so I think it’s a good company.

Universe has published a book, so why not give it a read? (⑉• •⑉)

Apparently, they used to recruit through Hello Work and job sites as well. I’ve heard from staff members that some people applied after seeing those job listings.
