So you’re someone who managed to have a pool date, huh? Thanks for the very predictable question lol Is this what happens when you have intercourse in a pool? lol The way you’re asking this makes it sound like you already know about compensation claims in adultery cases. The husband can seek compensation from either his wife or her affair partner (the papa). If the affair partner (papa) didn’t know she was married and wasn’t negligent, he doesn’t have to pay damages. In that case, only the woman would be liable.

You’re the one who went on a pool date, right? I don’t think simply getting in the pool together would qualify as infidelity or warrant compensation, though. But who knows. I looked into it, just in case. Apparently, infidelity means a married person having a sexual relationship with someone of the opposite sex other than their spouse. Since you seem to like pools, why not have sex in the pool? More importantly, if you make sure nobody photographs you entering a love hotel together, and the two of you stick to the same story and insist that you weren’t in that kind of relationship, you could probably avoid most of the risk. Instead of thinking about pinning the compensation on the woman, you should first think about how to avoid having to pay it in the first place. Seriously, though, the man probably takes the lead when it comes to choosing the hotel and exchanging messages on LINE. So whether the woman or the man is married, I feel the man bears some responsibility if the affair gets exposed. Even if the woman confesses to her husband, as long as the man has been careful not to leave any evidence, he could probably get away with simply saying, “That never happened.”

If someone states in their profile that they’re married, then they’re knowingly infringing on the wife’s right or legally protected interest in maintaining a peaceful and harmonious marital life. That said, I found the wording “right or legally protected interest” online, so it may not be legally precise. In that case, it would be difficult to simply reject a claim for compensation from the female member’s husband. The safest options are either not to approach married members or to stick to dinner only (no intimacy). However, even dinner-only arrangements may still be subject to a claim for compensation if they improperly interfere with the marriage, so caution is needed. I think the questioner saw a rule stating that if a married male member is sued for compensation by his wife in connection with a female member, the male member will cover the payment—and wants to know how this works when the member is female. Based on that, since the profile clearly states that she’s married, the male member who approaches her would probably be responsible. The money flows from the man to the woman, after all, and the man is essentially using money to entice her into infringing on the wife’s rights or interests. As for married members who conceal their marital status, there may be cases where a claim for compensation isn’t recognized in the first place. Hidden married members do exist. When I notice one, I quietly distance myself.
