I had assumed there was just one person asking questions here simply because they were bored and wanted attention, but the writing styles are different, so there may actually be two of them.
That said, if they’re genuinely struggling and asking for help, I don’t mind the same person asking multiple times. But the things they’re asking about are the kind of questions staff could answer immediately if they’re a member.
When you think about why they’re posting here in the first place, you eventually end up feeling that they’re just looking for attention.
So, if you ask the staff through LINE, they’ll answer right away. As for having your photos retaken, they’ll probably approve it as long as you haven’t had them taken recently.

Your registered branch is determined by where you live, so if you move, your branch will change as well.
I think you should let Universe know that you’ve relocated and ask them to arrange a new photo shoot.
