Night work and nightlife companion jobs—what do they actually involve?

It’s a good idea to visit a few establishments as a customer and see what they’re like for yourself. Update: “Night work” is a general term covering jobs in the nightlife and adult-entertainment industries, so it also includes positions that don’t involve customer service. “Night companions” specifically refers to customer-service roles within night work. Actually, among the staff, the distinction between “night work” and “companions” isn’t really shared or standardized. My vote is that they just use the terms loosely for sexy jobs. This is unrelated, but do you know the difference between “obscene acts,” “lewd acts,” and “indecent acts”? Apparently: Obscene = making someone take off their clothes or touching their breasts or genitals Lewd = sex, oral sex, or manual stimulation Indecent = touching areas other than the breasts or genitals, such as the anus So remember it as: obscene = soft, lewd = hardcore, indecent = kinky.
