Acidic tastes sour, while alkaline tastes bitter.
According to what I found online, when a woman becomes aroused, she secretes vaginal fluid to make the inside of the vagina more alkaline. Since sperm die in acidic conditions, apparently there’s an instinctive mechanism to make it alkaline so the sperm can reach the uterus.
Is the woman the questioner is seeing aroused?
It does seem like it would taste bitter, even if she’s using medication.
I’ve never found it bitter, though.
I’ve only noticed sourness, a sour smell, a raw or fishy smell, and a rotten-fish smell—basically, just fishy smells lol.

Isn’t it probably pee? It can smell when there’s a lot of it, but with only a small amount, you may just notice the taste.
Even in the shower, I don’t think it’ll wash away unless you really spread everything open and clean inside.
Since instructing someone how to wash is kind of awkward, maybe just fill the bathtub and have them soak in it.
