I’m currently looking for a new papa (a male supporter), and I’ve been offered a monthly allowance of 40,000–100,000 yen for meeting once to four times a month. Does that sound suspicious, or is it simply too good a deal? He says he’ll still pay even in months when we can’t meet at all because of work or other reasons. Is he an ideal supporter?

Since the member hasn’t answered, I suppose it depends on where she’s active... But if you’re talking 40,000–100,000 yen per month, that’s unbelievably low for an exclusive dating club. It might be possible on social media or dating apps, though.

I’m not really sure what “40,000–100,000 yen per month” means. If they make you meet four times for 100,000 yen, that’s only half the going rate. And what if they expect four meetings for 40,000 yen? Make sure you clarify the terms. Either way, I’d recommend turning it down—it’s basically streetwalker pricing.

With a monthly arrangement, I think it’s standard to pay even if you don’t meet at all. It’s like a monthly parking space—you still pay the fee even if you never park there.
