Men who do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) just have to understand those risks before getting involved.
Even if she isn’t a papa-katsu girl or an enjo-deli girl, she could still catch something from her boyfriend if he visits sex workers. I can’t think of any way to prevent it completely.

There’s no such declaration made either when registering or when accepting an offer.
Would they exclude someone if their profile showed night work or a high-paying part-time job? You could try asking the staff directly.
If you take proper precautions against infections and protect yourself, isn’t this a risk that can be reasonably ignored? If you personally can’t ignore it or are looking for zero risk, then perhaps there’s no point in being registered with the club in the first place.
Considering the risks and your life outside of papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), it may be time to consider taking a break or retiring for now.

If you’re a member, you should already know that there’s no such thing.
The club simply arranges dinner dates.
Also, while condoms can reduce the risk of transmitting some infections, anything that can be passed through kissing can still be transmitted that way. I think you should educate yourself before expecting anything from other people.
