If you’re calling Kazu-san handsome based solely on his looks, then I suppose that’s perfectly fine.
Personally, I think what matters more than the attractiveness of someone’s features is the kind of person they appear to be.
Everyone has their own idea of what “handsome” means, so if he’s handsome to you, that’s all that matters.
And if you disagree, it’s perfectly fine to see it differently.

He’s a former Johnny’s member, so I’d say he’s reasonably good-looking.
Everyone has different standards for what they consider attractive or unattractive. If that’s how you see him, then that’s fine—think whatever you like.
Still, at 68, he has a clean, well-groomed appearance, good skin, and a fit body. For women doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) who are okay with men over 60, he’d probably be a lucky papa (a male supporter).

Everyone has their own idea of who counts as handsome, so that poster probably thought the person in question was “handsome back in the day” when they made the post.
Also, “handsome” refers to someone with attractive features—it isn’t a term that describes age.
In other words, asking a third party whether the person in question qualifies as handsome misses the point. I think the real issue lies with your Japanese ability and logical thinking.
