Between ① and ②, would ②—the younger woman living in the city—be considered higher class?
Some of you may wonder what difference knowing this makes, but I’d appreciate your thoughts.
The class itself is decided by the club staff at the time, so I think it depends on which staff member interviews you.
Being placed in a higher class doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get better opportunities, either.
If the number of offers decreases, that could also mean fewer chances, you know.

Unless the age difference is really substantial, I don’t think age affects your level much.
In rural areas without any local branches, I feel there’s a tendency for the level to be lower.
That’s probably because there are simply fewer offers.

You can’t get Platinum or Black status based on looks alone.
They also look at how you normally respond to questions, your job, and whether you attend a good university.
In places like Tokyo, where there are many registered members, you may be placed in a lower class. That simply means there are more attractive candidates there.
Also, after you submit your application, they’ll contact you and tell you to come to a specific branch. You can’t choose the branch yourself.
It seems like everyone assumes that being in a higher class means you’ll get more offers, but Gold is actually the class that tends to receive the most offers.

It seems your class isn’t determined that simply.
It’s the class the staff member who interviewed you believes would attract an appropriate number of offers.
In short, it’s based on an overall assessment—not just where you live, your age, or your looks.
