From the man’s side, you’re sent a survey link after meeting someone, which you then fill out. The multiple-choice options still seem a bit misguided, but there’s also a free-response section, so if you have something to say, it’s a good idea to write it there. The club receives the feedback, but male members don’t. Even if a male member asks, they won’t tell him. Apparently, everything is left to the club staff—their all-knowing, all-powerful judgment.
There’s a checkbox asking whether it’s okay to confirm the details with the other person in case of trouble, but I think there should also be one asking, “If the other party wants to know, is it okay to share the feedback even when there hasn’t been a problem?” Listening to customers is the absolute basics of improving a service. With that in mind, I once asked the staff what women I’d met through the club thought of the dates, but I was extremely disappointed by the bland, noncommittal answers I got(笑). I wasn’t trying to identify who had said what—I just wanted some feedback.
Once, there was a woman I’d dated for a long time, and we ended things after a fight. At the time, she sent me a list of all the things I’d done that had annoyed her. I was pissed off when I first saw it, but after calming down and reading it carefully, I realized there was a lot I could learn from it. These days, I treasure that list like a family heirloom. Well, “family heirloom” might be overstating it(笑). But it has helped me grow, and I’m grateful to her.

Please send your feedback about your date directly to them.
For feedback to the club about your date, use the post-date survey link that should have been sent to you when the date was arranged.
