It’s set up so women can’t see their own rank, but if an offer comes from someone at the Standard level, doesn’t that mean the woman’s rank is Standard too?

This is Hajime Hara from the Ginza branch. Regarding the class system, in cases like the one you described, it may indeed be possible to make an educated guess. However, staff assign each woman’s class based solely on where she is most likely to receive offers. Rather than worrying about which class you’re in, I think you’ll have a more rewarding experience by focusing on how to build a relationship with the person who invited you.

That’s true. It’s not a rank, but a class. I suppose Universe Club determines a woman’s class based on how many offers—and therefore how much revenue—she is expected to generate from men. From the men’s perspective, compatibility with the interviewer seems to play a role too, so it’s ultimately a mystery how the classes are decided. I guess it’s kept secret. In my experience, there are plenty of appealing women in the Standard class as well.
