I had my interview on February 2 and was told shortly afterward that I’d been accepted, but even now—about two weeks later—it seems my profile still hasn’t been completed. (I asked the site administrators by email.) Does this mean I was indirectly rejected? Is it possible to be rejected after being told I passed?

If you received a notice that you passed, then you have definitely passed unless there was a human error.
We aim to create your profile within one week after the interview. However, the process is currently taking longer when staff availability is limited or during busy periods—interview numbers have increased since the New Year.

If you received that kind of response, I think it simply means your profile hasn’t been completed yet. You may want to trust what the staff member told you a little more.
In my previous answer, I wrote, “It’s unlikely that your approval would be revoked.”
I think excessive suspicion will only make people wary of you.
