Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, and it really depends on the person. At clubs, I feel that papa-katsu women who are office workers or students tend to be more popular than those who also work in the nightlife industry.
Personally, though, women who work in nightlife tend to have great communication skills, are good conversationalists, and know how to handle older men. So among my several monthly arrangement partners, there’s usually at least one woman who works in nightlife. (I avoid women in the adult entertainment industry.)
I personally define “nightlife work” as clubs, cabaret clubs, snack bars, and girls’ bars. My impression is that women at clubs and cabaret clubs can earn money based on their looks, often have experience with papa-katsu through their nightlife customers, and tend to have higher expectations when it comes to money. My arrangements with them have never lasted very long.
In my case, the women who become my monthly arrangement partners are usually from snack bars or girls’ bars.

Due to financial circumstances, some women work as hostesses or are reluctantly forced into the adult entertainment industry by their situation.
