I think it depends on whether you want to go as far as a full-service encounter.
The more inexperienced a woman seems, the more likely she is to avoid that at first.

It sounds like you’re considering adult entertainment venues, and that you’ve only been once. If so, I recommend Kumamoto as a way to learn what such places are really about. There’s a venue there where you can experience what it means to be treated exceptionally well. They normally don’t accept first-time customers, but there are ways around that, so look into it.
Kumamoto also has great food, and if you travel a little farther, there are some wonderful hot spring resorts. So stop quibbling and start planning your trip to Kumamoto right away.
Incidentally, the place in question is a soapland. It may or may not be your thing, but I think you can experience the essence of the adult entertainment industry there. That said, despite recommending it, it wasn’t my cup of tea at all.

If you have the budget, wouldn’t a high-end establishment be the better choice? I’ve heard that budget establishments are notorious for heavily retouched profile photos.
That’s only hearsay, though, since I’ve never been to one myself.
