I can’t say how likely it is that they have a boyfriend. Attractive women might, but they’re probably busy and it can be quite a hassle.
And I’d keep it hidden. Would anyone actually admit to having one? Doesn’t that show they don’t think about other people’s feelings?

She’d probably hide it from a papa who’s genuinely falling for her, but if he’s the type who’s comfortable with multiple partners and sees it as a transactional relationship, she’d likely tell him if he asked.

What benefit is there in knowing the likelihood that a woman has a boyfriend?

It doesn’t seem like he currently has a woman he’s dating. He also doesn’t seem like the type to pursue a relationship, though I’m not entirely sure.
I suppose it wouldn’t be unusual for more than half of younger people to have someone, though（笑）.
That said, if they have a boyfriend—or start dating someone—many women may take a break from club activities. But if their current arrangement is going well and they feel secure, I think most will continue.

I have a papa (a male supporter) who’s like a boyfriend, a friend who’s like a boyfriend, and several other papas, but I don’t tell any of them about the others.
There’s just one person I told—that I was seeing others as well. He had to wait about two months for our first date because I was swamped with offers.
Being open about it makes things much easier!

Don’t you think it’s possible for the same female member to have a boyfriend during some periods and not during others?
At least, the women I see tell me when they have a boyfriend, and the ones who say they don’t clearly seem to be single. So I don’t think they necessarily keep it hidden every time they have a boyfriend.
Also, I think the same woman may choose whether to disclose her boyfriend depending on which papa (male supporter) she’s dealing with.
I think both questions are nonsense.
