That can be cute in its own way, so I recommend hearing why they got the tattoo before judging their personality.

I think the best thing would be for the person asking the question to get a tattoo themselves. One classic tattoo choice is “Don’t Resuscitate!”—have those words inked in huge letters across your chest. It would probably look pretty cool when you’re in your 70s.
