Most papas don’t seem to care as much as you might think—whether you wear glasses or contacts, if you’re attractive, it generally isn’t a problem.
That said, for photos, as Maezawa pointed out, contacts are probably better.
The reason is that with ordinary glasses, it can be harder to see your facial expressions.
After you’ve started seeing your papa, you could cutely confess, “You know, I actually wear glasses normally, but I wasn’t confident about them… so I’ve been wearing contacts until now,” then try wearing your glasses and see how he reacts. If he responds well, I’d recommend switching to glasses from then on.

I don’t think wearing glasses is a problem.
Photos are taken during the interview, and some women specifically prefer to have their picture taken while wearing glasses.
That said, glasses can be very difficult to photograph well. Still, many men would prefer to see a photo with glasses if a woman is going to wear them on a date. Since dating clubs are largely judged by their photos, it ultimately comes down to the staff’s photography skills.
There are plenty of women who look great in glasses in person, though...
