If you’re only registered with SALON, you’ll only be introduced to female members from SALON…
SALON doesn’t have different tiers for female members.
As for men who are members of both SALON and Universe Club, I assume they make their own offers through Universe Club.
Now I’m curious—what made you wonder about this?

Unless you’re seeing multiple people at once, male members of the salon aren’t introduced to female members of Universe.
They’re part of the same group, but the salon and Universe are separate dating clubs.

If a man is a member of Universe Club and makes an offer himself, is it possible for him to meet someone from the Standard Class?
For example, if he’s a Black member, I feel it would be very unusual for the woman introduced by his concierge to be from the Standard Class unless there were some particularly compelling qualities or something that really caught his eye.
That said, I don’t think it can be ruled out completely.
