If you’re asking whether they exist, the answer is yes.
However, they’re a very small minority of men. And even from their perspective, a woman would have to be attractive enough that they’d want to date her even without intimacy for them to make an offer.
With so many women registered—and some not receiving any offers at all—only a limited number of women receive offers even as Type A.
In the first place, with Type A, you’ll generally be rejected at the interview unless you’re more attractive than women in the other relationship types.
And even if you pass the interview and get registered, you’re more likely not to receive any offers.
So, while the kind of men you’re asking about do exist, I wouldn’t count on it.

Thank you for your question.
There are some people who say they don’t want to do that. Even during interviews, we occasionally meet women who say the same thing.
However, they’re really only occasional cases, and the chances of receiving an offer will be lower. If you have qualities that set you apart from the other women, you may still receive invitations!

They do exist.
I’m actually seeing a woman who’s more of an A type than a B type. She has an adult relationship (intimate) with me, but apparently there are also men she sees strictly for dinner only (no intimacy).
That said, as you’d expect, men who pay an allowance for dinner only tend to have extremely high standards for the women they see.

Since dating type A exists, there must be some men who aren’t looking for that...though.
Based on my limited experience, I’ve met men who seemed unsure whether they wanted intimacy or not. Somehow, the relationship continued for years.
Still, I think about 95% of people expect that as part of the arrangement, so unless you have some special reason or talent beyond simply turning them down—like having a medical condition or being almost professional-level at golf—I don’t think the relationship would last.

I’m not staff, but not everyone who made me an offer was necessarily looking for an intimate relationship.
As I’ve mentioned before, I have dinner-only (no intimacy) papas. One is younger, and the other is outside the dating club.
Since there are all kinds of people, I recommend registering as Type A.
That said, I think my situation is probably unusual. And with the papa I’m closest to, things have developed into a fairly deep relationship.

Instead of looking for a papa (a male supporter), why not try looking for friends?

Let me tell you about a woman I was once seriously involved with.
She developed a condition affecting her uterus and was unable to have sex for some time. It was possible that we might not be able to for years, but I never considered ending things or reducing her allowance because of it. (Although we eventually broke up for another reason…)
That was a situation where we were genuinely in love and both wanted to have sex, but couldn’t because of her circumstances. I was willing to accept that.
That’s fundamentally different from your situation, where you simply don’t want to have sex in the first place, isn’t it?
Everyone is different, so there may be men willing to provide an allowance without sex. But I’m looking for a relationship where both people naturally want to be intimate—not sex in exchange for money—so I feel our values about relationships are quite different.

If you think of it as an adult dating club,
and think of sex as being equivalent to an allowance,
then it could work—as long as neither is involved.
