Quite a few people do re-register, so it is possible.
That said, if “quitting right away” last time meant that you received an offer but quit without going on the date, they may turn you down because there’s a chance the same thing will happen again.
Still, if the date was ultimately canceled because you left the service, I feel like you should be able to register again.

They should be able to tell whether you can interview based on how you left the service last time and how you accepted offers.

Whether you can register again probably depends on how you left the club before and how much you’ve changed since then.
