I went to my first interview last week and received my first offer. However, since it was on such short notice and I already had plans, I asked to cancel. In this case, is it possible that I’ll receive fewer offers in the future or that my rating will go down??

You haven’t been accepting offers, right? Since I wasn’t accepting offers to begin with, my rating won’t go down, but the staff’s expectation that they could count on this woman has certainly disappeared. Please value your first offer. You may not get another offer, so it seems everyone is taking time off work to go to theirs.

I basically agree with what Fuu said. That said, rather than canceling at the last minute, I think it’s better to make an effort to meet whenever possible—for example, by having the staff pass your schedule along to the man. Some women receive lots of offers, while others stop getting offers after just a few. Let’s value each offer we receive.

If you haven’t accepted it, it isn’t considered a cancellation, so your rating won’t drop. If you cancel after accepting an offer, your rating will go down. The first month is crucial because newly registered members appear at the top of the listings. At first, I recommend accepting as many offers as possible and screening them afterward. You’ll probably enjoy papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) more that way.

That wasn’t a cancellation—you simply didn’t accept the offer, right? I don’t think you have anything to worry about just because you declined an offer due to scheduling conflicts. Just the other day, someone I’m seeing told me that she’d turned down offers from a supporter about 20 times because she was busy, eventually got tired of it, and left the service. Some women continue receiving offers even after declining them around 20 times, so it really seems to have nothing to do with it.

There’s absolutely no problem if you provide several possible dates, such as “I’m available on this day and that day.”
