Are you planning to fight the case on the grounds that it wasn’t infidelity because the woman was a professional?
If so, it seems weak to simply claim that you were a professional because you received money from that man. You might have a hard time unless you actually worked at an adult entertainment establishment.
Alternatively, you could register as a business, declare your allowances as income, create a website, and establish the appearance that this is your profession. That might give you a chance of winning, but—
Whether you win a lawsuit can depend on the judge’s perspective and how capable the other side’s attorney is, so I can’t say whether this strategy would actually work.
If anything, I think it would be better to argue that you didn’t know he was married.
Even then, simply saying you assumed he was single won’t be enough. You’ll probably need evidence that you properly confirmed with him that he wasn’t married.

I think that understanding is mistaken.
What matters is that you didn’t know he was married. Also, if you were ever sued, it would be best to have a papa (a male supporter) who would help cover the financial burden.

If he’s married, he could be accused of breaching his marital fidelity obligations, so the most important point is not that you were receiving money, but that you didn’t know he was married.
Unless you actually see a marriage certificate, there’s really no way to know whether someone is married. Since what he says isn’t always reliable, it would be a good idea to repeatedly ask, “You’re not married, right?” and keep a record of him saying, “I’m single now,” so you can submit it to the court if necessary.
Also, unless you’ve done something seriously wrong, I don’t think the papa himself would file a lawsuit.

I’m not an expert, so I can’t say for certain, but I don’t think that interpretation is correct.
As I understand it, whether or not money changed hands is irrelevant when it comes to adultery or an affair.
For example, it seems that a man going to a soapland and receiving sexual services would also be considered a form of adultery.
In other words, what you need to demonstrate is that you did not have intercourse.
