I’ve never inserted my thumb.
There may have been a woman before you who moaned, which might have given you the wrong impression.
Or, as you said, perhaps there was someone who liked stimulation closer to the front.

That moaning is only creating more men who get the wrong idea.
When I was running a men’s esthetic massage business, I had several conversations with therapists about whether women preferred internal or external stimulation. As I recall, the therapists at the time said they even talked about sexual topics with their friends, and would say things like, “All my friends climax from external stimulation,” “I finish quickly from external stimulation,” and “I can even climax through my underwear.” They also said that back then, almost nobody found internal stimulation pleasurable.
I wish you would stop putting on that act, so more men learn to make women climax through their underwear rather than by touching them directly.
