If you’re hoping to receive around ¥1 million a month, it’s difficult to get that kind of support from just one man, so you’ll probably end up seeing several men.
Occasionally, there are men who offer ¥1 million a month. In that case, the woman may choose to see only him.

For your own peace of mind, I think it’s better to assume that having multiple partners is normal.
That said, although they’re not common, some women do want to date just one person they genuinely like.
It’s less about any particular issue or condition and more about the woman’s personality.
Basically, they don’t feel like getting intimate unless they have genuine feelings for the person.
I get the impression that this is more common among Type B women.
These women usually have dinner with quite a few different men first, carefully sizing them up before deciding.
Personally, I hate lying, so I’m upfront from the beginning about seeing multiple women at once—though it’s only about three. Women like that tend to struggle over it, but ultimately turn me down.
I think there have been two or three of them so far.
Becoming the one person a woman truly likes isn’t as easy as it sounds.

I get the impression that it’s more common for women to have multiple papas (male supporters).
Occasionally, a woman will say, “I feel bad for the one papa I’m currently seeing, so I’m leaving the club,” but that seems to be relatively rare.

It really depends.
If you’re popular, you can choose your papas, so you might narrow it down to one good papa, or, if you prioritize generous (well-paying) papas, choose several of them.
If you’re not as popular, you may have no choice but to see multiple papas because it’s hard to find a good one—or you may stick with just one because it’s hard to maintain multiple arrangements.

Of the women I see at least once a month, about half have told me they also have another papa. Incidentally, about one in four have told me they have a boyfriend. The percentage with a friends-with-benefits partner is about the same.
