It may vary by branch, but when we’ve confirmed that an arrangement is continuing, we upload the profile with the label “Continuation confirmed,” rather than “Re-uploaded.”
So “Re-uploaded” may indicate another reason, although some cases may involve a continuing arrangement as well.
For example, a woman’s profile may have been temporarily taken down because she received a flood of offers, or it may be restored after being paused because of circumstances that made it difficult for her to remain active. Staff may also intentionally adjust the posting date—for instance, as Maezawa mentioned, to draw attention to women who haven’t received any offers.
Those are just a few possibilities.

When a woman I’ve parted ways with signs up again (after leaving the site or while on hiatus), or when I see her back on the first page after confirming her continued membership, I feel really guilty.
