There’s something called the “AV cycle.”
When they’re young, some guys get hooked on AV and rent videos from TSUTAYA every week. They start with ordinary stuff, then gradually move on to more extreme material, digging deeper and deeper into bizarre, niche, intensely graphic territory. Just when you start wondering what’s going to become of them, one day they suddenly start renting idol image videos—where the idols don’t even take their clothes off. In other words, they’ve come full circle. I was relieved, thinking my friend had finally graduated from being an AV fanatic, but before long he was renting SM and scat videos again. He went around the cycle twice during his four years at university. Realizing and understanding the nature of reincarnation was the greatest achievement of my college life.
I’m guessing the person asking this question is probably about to start their second lap too.
