I’m not the type to give another adult 500 or 1,000 yen—it feels embarrassing. If I’m giving an allowance, I think it should be in increments of 10,000 yen.
I’d like to tell that papa (a male supporter): “It’s because you give such petty amounts that she thinks 1,000 yen is better than 500.”

You’re probably being a little selfish.
A monthly arrangement plus 500 yen for Starbucks every week—that’s 2,000 yen a month. Can’t you simply appreciate that?
Why not pay for it out of your allowance…?
Try telling your papa that 500 yen isn’t enough and that 1,000 yen should be the minimum, and see if he cuts you off. Maybe then you’ll understand how generous he’s being.
