Is “女子アナ系” a typo, or were they just making a light joke? You can’t really tell which on a message board.

It’s probably not based on looks alone.
It’s the staff’s overall assessment.
Your title or occupation may be one factor, and I think the impression you make during the interview also has a significant impact.
