He keeps saying things like, “Look at everything I’ve done for you” and “I’ve done this much for you.” Are there any kind male members who don’t say things like that? What do you think I should say in response after being told this?

Are there any kind male members who don’t say things like this? → Almost everyone except that papa (male supporter) doesn’t say things like that. What do you think I should reply after being told something like this? → “I understand. Goodbye.”

I think it depends on the person. I’ve always said that men who do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) are ethically the lowest of the low. I think it’s presumptuous of them to say things like, “Look at everything I do for you.” If he says something that bothers you, try telling him clearly, “I don’t like the way you put that.” People who say things like that usually have never been challenged on their words. When something unexpected happens, people tend to get flustered. Be direct, see how he reacts, and then decide whether you want to continue seeing him. If it’s said by a man you feel would be difficult to continue seeing, then maybe your only option is to grit your teeth, let it slide in the moment, and move on.

I’ve never said anything like that. If anything, the men who don’t say it tend to keep things more detached when dating women. My guess is that he’s starting to fall for you. Think about what words could come after, “Even though I’m doing all this for you…” If he’s genuinely falling for you, this feels like the moment that really counts lol.

What a self-important guy(笑) But I’m sure he must be dissatisfied about something. Not in those exact words, but I also went through a period when I felt unfulfilled. Looking back, I think the woman I was seeing treated me incredibly well, but it just didn’t get through to me—or maybe I wasn’t capable of appreciating it at the time. Ah, youth. Are there any kind male members who wouldn’t say things like this? → There are plenty, so if he’s too much trouble, just move on to the next one. What do you think I should say in response after being told something like that? → How about: “If you think you’ve actually done something for me, you’re seriously mistaken. Kid, just how spoiled have you been all your life?” Sorry, an asshole is doing the answering here, so please go easy on me. Taro

That papa probably wants you to show your gratitude even more. I think he feels you’re not expressing it enough. I try to say “thank you” as often as possible, whether by email or in person. Almost no one feels bad when someone smiles warmly and thanks them. I believe that if you say thank you twice as often as the average person, you won’t leave a bad impression on your papa. “Thank you” is a magic phrase that makes both you and the other person happier the more you say it. (I’m starting to sound like someone selling poetry on the street, so I’ll stop here.)
