Birth control pills affect everyone differently. If they don’t agree with someone, the only person who suffers is the one taking them—the person who told them to take the pills feels none of the consequences.
Personally, I think telling someone else to take medication is no different from encouraging them to use drugs. You should report the facts to the club.

If you want to file a complaint and have someone from the establishment chew him out on your behalf, a popular hostess at an adult entertainment venue with lots of regular clients could probably get a male staff member to do it.

If he keeps pressuring you after you’ve said no, that’s grounds for a complaint.
But if it’s just, “Take the pill” or “Why don’t you take the pill?” I’d say that falls more under giving advice.
If you don’t want to, just say, “No, I can’t” or “I don’t want to” right then and there.
If he’s pressuring you to take the pill so he can insist on going bare, end things and file a complaint.
