In English, “premium” and “premier” have completely different meanings, don’t they?
I just realized that using “premier” to mean “something extra special” is Japanese English.

Probably “Premium.” There’s really no need to force English terms.
I think the dictionary defines “premium” as “an extra charge” or “surcharge.” In other words, it means this woman’s introduction fee comes with a premium.
There could be several reasons for that, including her being hard to find, getting a lot of offers, or appearing likely to attract many offers.
P.S. I checked the members-only page to see exactly how it was written, and it was actually “Premier.” Prime Minister?
Universe really doesn’t need to force English terms either.
