Even if there were a woman with a high rate—say, 90%—that still doesn’t mean you’d be able to have unprotected sex with her.

Does the amount being offered change significantly between unprotected sex with withdrawal and unprotected sex with ejaculation inside?

How about 1 million yen per encounter for unprotected sex?
That way, she wouldn’t see any other men, so she probably wouldn’t contract an STI. And you wouldn’t get infected either, right?
