It’s probably just a coincidence.
There are all kinds of papas, so maybe she happened to have had success with that allowance amount, or perhaps she simply stated that amount in her first offer. There could be various reasons.
Some people learn from being turned down repeatedly and raise their allowance expectations, while others leave altogether.
It also depends on the app. On apps with higher membership fees, at least the papas participating can afford to pay that amount, so there’s probably a greater chance of finding a good papa there.

Even at Universe Club, there are occasionally people who offer an allowance that feels like they’re trying to take advantage of you. I suppose they assume that because I’m older, I’ll accept it anyway…
What are they thinking? No—clearly, they haven’t fully woken up yet. I turn those people down myself.
Not everyone is like that, so please don’t worry.

I’ve never used an app, so I can’t say for sure, but with a club, they conduct interviews, require identification, and have staff meet the members in person. Compared with apps, I think that gives you more peace of mind.
As for the allowance, it probably depends on each person, and since that isn’t something the club controls, I don’t think it really matters whether you use an app or a club.
That said, I do feel the same way—that the allowance may be higher than on apps. I get the impression that more people using clubs are serious about it and willing to go through an interview, rather than joining casually like they would on an app.
There are all kinds of people, so if someone’s terms are far from what you have in mind, I think it’s perfectly fine not to pursue the arrangement.
If you feel you’ll get something out of it that’s worth more than the allowance, then go ahead. Ultimately, you get to choose for yourself.

I think it just happened to be his values.
Even though you’re the same person, it’s unreasonable to expect your allowance to always change just because the location changes slightly.

Universe Club is crawling with Carloses too—papas (male supporters) who offer low allowances—so it’s best not to get your hopes up too much. And if you meet a Carlos, run for the hills immediately.
This may sound harsh, but women who don’t turn down Carloses aren’t entirely blameless either. I understand that some women feel they have no choice but to accept one because they have credit card bills to pay, but I really wish they’d find the courage to say no.
Carloses demand beauty and youth from women as naturally as breathing, yet the moment a woman asks for an allowance even just one yen above the going rate, they casually make the nonsensical accusation that she’s “all about money.” They also have the delightful habit of throwing stones at generous (well-paying) papas by insisting that their high allowances “must be a lie.”
I can’t tell whether they’re so clever that they’ve come full circle or whether they were simply crazy to begin with, but it’s obvious as day that this person can only bring bad luck to you. Turn him down immediately and run as fast as you can.
