I like faces like those of Kirara Asuka, R-chan, and Natsume Shiina. Do people generally see their looks as having an obvious cosmetic-surgery aesthetic? I imagine they’ve spent a lot of money on cosmetic procedures.

There are quite a few at Universal Studios Japan too, especially among the upper-tier crowd. You can usually tell because the corners of their eyes look unnatural or their noses seem oddly out of proportion with the rest of their faces. That said, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with getting it done because you personally like it.

Kirara Asuka was quite popular with women a while back. That said, I don’t think she was quite as popular with men as women seemed to think. I’ve never met her in person, so I can’t say whether her looks are the result of plastic surgery, but everyone has different goals. If that’s the look you’re aiming for, I don’t see why you shouldn’t go for it.

If there’s a face you want, I think it’s fine to get plastic surgery. I just happen to like natural beauty. It’s not as though I can always tell when someone’s had work done, so I suppose what you don’t know can’t hurt you. Personally, I’m a fan of castles, but there are only five original castles in Japan designated as National Treasures. Still, I think replicas that look close to the real thing are perfectly acceptable. It’s the same feeling I get with Nagoya Castle—when they turn the inside into a museum, add an elevator, and so on. Then I’m like, “Hmm, I’m not so sure.”

From what I hear from the PJ girls, Yua Mikami seems to be the most popular. Three-point-three million Instagram followers is insane. No matter what anyone says, she’s clearly one of the winners. I don’t know R-chan or Natsume Shiina, but any guy has probably enjoyed Kirara Asuka’s work at least once. Her breasts are even more impressive than her face. I wonder if they’re enhanced too. If they’re natural, they’re the best breasts in Japan. The most important thing is becoming the person you want to be, regardless of what anyone else says. People really hate me as a respondent, but I personally enjoy being one. By calmly—or rather, while desperately pretending not to care—doing things everyone completely dismisses with comments like: “You could never do that.” “It’s all lies.” I’m able to improve myself as a man, move up a step at a time, and keep climbing higher and higher. Mao Asada’s challenge to land the triple Axel, and Yuzuru Hanyu’s challenge to land the quadruple Axel at the Beijing Olympics—both were incredible. They didn’t win gold, but both Mao and Hanyu became the people they wanted to be. They deserve thunderous applause. That said, it’s true that heavily enhanced faces aren’t popular in the papa-katsu market. Please remember that. One of my former monthly arrangement partners had had so much work done that her face was starting to look distorted. I wonder how she’s doing now... I hope you become the person you want to be and live a wonderful life♪ After Yuzuru Hanyu finished his challenge in Beijing, interviewer Shuzo Matsuoka’s opening words were: “Yuzuru, I want to say thank you. I want to thank you because you kept challenging something no one had ever tried before, no matter what happened.” Hanyu was moved to tears by Shuzo’s words. There’s no way I can compare myself to Yuzuru Hanyu, but I’m simply challenging myself to become a “papa”—something no one else has done—while desperately pretending not to care. That’s truly all it is. Of course, you’re free to try to hold me back, too.

I think it’s beautiful, but if you want to do it, then go ahead. If you’re doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) to earn the money and still don’t have enough, then go into the adult entertainment industry. I feel like I said something similar earlier… It would be creepy if there were tons of people like Asuka Kirara or R-chan. Everyone’s different.

I like R-chan too and often watch her on YouTube. But recently, I saw her in a TV commercial for a certain cosmetic clinic, and she looked completely different from how she does on YouTube—her face looked pretty unnatural. I guess YouTube filters really do make a difference. It also looks like she’s had another Le Fort surgery, and even though she was already more than cute enough, I can’t help worrying that she’ll end up deteriorating like Todoro○-chan if she keeps going down this path… That kind of look is perfect if you want to become a YouTuber or TikToker, but I feel like it might be pretty tough in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan).

I didn’t know who they were, so I looked them up. They apparently even say themselves that they’ve had plastic surgery, so I suppose it is a surgically altered look. You can achieve that kind of look with surgery, but… wouldn’t it be boring if everyone had the same face? Whether or not to have plastic surgery is a personal choice.
