Doctors cheat.
I’ve also had a doctor tell me while I was working, “I play soccer, so my legs are really muscular—touch them.” So I did. His calves had zero subcutaneous fat. When I told him, “Wow, you’re amazing,” he was happy.
One of the doctors I know may have registered under his real name, so I keep hoping every day that he won’t recognize me. I’ve hidden his profile, but who knows…
The diamond doesn’t have to be big. Have him buy you a fashion ring instead.
If he’s a regular hospital doctor, his annual income probably isn’t that high, so save up some secret money.

Wouldn’t it be better to spend the money on a new home or appliances rather than on diamonds?
Incidentally, if a doctor is popular with women, he’ll cheat sooner or later, diamond or no diamond.

I don’t think the two necessarily go hand in hand.
However, if you’ve already discovered a mismatch at the engagement-ring stage, I think it’s best to address it sooner rather than later.

Well, you should probably assume that most doctors cheat. Their jobs are demanding, so if it’s just a bit of fun, why not be a little more forgiving?
I don’t know whether the size of a diamond is proportional to the amount of love. There probably isn’t a paper on that.

I don’t think that’s necessarily true…
Even if someone gives you a huge diamond, they may still cheat.
Wouldn’t it be better to have them spend money on you throughout your life together instead? You don’t normally wear an engagement ring every day, so I think it’s mostly for your own satisfaction.
That said, I’d still love to have a beautiful, large one!
