If it’s a corporation, buying around 80% of the shares should probably do the trick.

I may not go so far as to crush them, but I have enough power to take away my competitors’ clients and drive them into the red.
Of course, I do it all aboveboard.
Three years would be more than enough. I might be able to get pretty far in two.
That’s why no one in my industry dares to challenge me. They blatantly suck up to me.

You’ll get crushed by their powerful corporate lawyers and whatever else they have on their side.
Besides, saying you’re going to destroy the company… that’s not something someone who can’t even afford to buy a single share can pull off.
I don’t know what they did to you, but I don’t think you need to go out of your way to get hurt or humiliate yourself even more.
