I’m Maezawa from the CEO’s office, and I’ll answer too.
Try telling him something like, “I’m frustrated that we hardly ever get to see each other.”
You could also send a slightly pouty message like, “I’m not going to reply until we make plans to meet,” and then actually stop responding for a while.
I’m sure you’d like to see him too if you could, so I think it’s okay to tell him that.

If messaging him isn’t a chore and he’s someone I’d like to see again someday, I reply.

This month, I’ve been busy making money, so I haven’t been able to go on dates with my monthly partner. Instead, I’m a loser of a male member who keeps meeting her for three minutes at the station just to hand over the money.
I guess this is what you’d call an easy mark of a papa-katsu guy…
Even if he’s a papa you see regularly, messaging morning and night would be annoying, wouldn’t it?
That said, if you can still meet once in a while and receive at least the minimum allowance, there’s no need to cut him off. I think you can just take your time replying.
Reading questions like this, I often think, “A lot of women are pretty short-tempered.” If you run a business, you sometimes have to deal with people who are a hundred times more annoying than this, so it seems like a waste to get worked up over how often someone messages you or whether you can meet.
If a papa messages a lot but can’t meet, you can simply recognize that’s the kind of papa he is, then look for another papa or focus on your main job. Losing your temper really only hurts you.

I’m Rin, a female member of SALON.
I don’t mind keeping in touch via LINE or email, so I’ll continue doing that.
Why not try sending him the days you’re available? If you still can’t meet for a long time, maybe your schedules just aren’t compatible.
If it’s becoming stressful, or if you already have another partner and aren’t in any particular need, I think it’s also perfectly fine not to reply.

He may be expressing something like, “I can’t make time right now, but I don’t want you to end our relationship.”
From a woman who is counting on the allowance’s perspective, though, he may just be an irritating person who offers nothing in return.
I think you should decide whether to cut him off or continue responding based on how you view him—his allowance, personal hygiene, how demanding the relationship is, and so on.

If you can afford to cut things off, then go ahead and do so.
But it’s also possible that he’s genuinely busy during the day and only has a little time in the mornings and evenings, so he simply wants to stay in touch with you.

Lately, there’s someone I’ve been having really steamy chats with on LINE, and we’re both dying to meet, but our schedules just never line up, so we can’t seem to get together.
Being adults is tough.

Why not start by simply not replying?
