Are you assuming that she genuinely likes you quite a lot?
If so, I’d say you could rent an apartment for her, cover ¥200,000 a month in living expenses, and give her another ¥100,000–¥500,000 or so as spending money—or perhaps an occasional bonus. (If you offer too much from the start, the relationship can become unhealthy.) But if she doesn’t like you, the relationship won’t last, so it’s probably safer not to get involved in the first place.
Even if you shower her with money, if she doesn’t like you, she’ll just put on an act and treat you like an ATM.

I don’t think she’d necessarily stop seeing other people just because you offer a certain amount. If she’s the kind of person who thinks, “The more I get, the easier it is to make money,” she’d probably be happy—but it might just encourage her to become even more spoiled.
I think it would be better if you had qualities that attracted her beyond the allowance. Besides, if she’s really that popular, she probably already has a boyfriend.
