You generally shouldn’t wear designer items on dates with your papa (a male supporter).
That said, if you’re extremely popular and receive so many offers that it’s difficult to meet everyone, wearing that watch might encourage men who can’t afford to give you something comparable to bow out on their own.
Alternatively, financially well-off men might try to outdo each other by giving you something equally expensive.
If that’s what you’re aiming for, I think it would be fine to wear it.
So ultimately, it probably depends on how popular you are.

Maybe she wants to show it off to her dating partner—or perhaps it’s silent pressure saying, “There are people who buy me things like this, so you should step up too!” Since I don’t know what kind of person she’s seeing, it’s hard to say.
I think you should just do whatever you feel like!
Personally, I probably wouldn’t wear the watch, since I think a lot of men know their watches. But the fact that you can wear a watch so important to you—one given to you by your parents—and go meet your dating partner is pretty amazing!

You’ll probably get a higher allowance if you don’t wear a Rolex. Go with an Apple Watch instead. People may assume that someone wearing such an expensive item is a big spender.

If you’re an incredibly popular woman, wearing a Rolex on a date can work as a kind of “charm against unwanted attention,” so it should be fine.
There aren’t many brave souls willing to hit on a woman wearing an expensive watch, after all.
